Processing times are estimates. Withdrawals may experience delays during peak periods, Indonesian public holidays, system maintenance, or if additional security verification is required. Weekend and holiday withdrawals are still processed, but receiving bank operating hours may affect final credit time.

6.4 Withdrawal Fees

bape77 does not charge withdrawal fees. You receive 100% of your requested withdrawal amount. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet may impose incoming transfer fees—these are beyond our control and not reimbursable by bape77.

6.5 Verification Requirements

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.4 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, opposite betting (hedging bets to minimize risk while clearing wagering), low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonuses, colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes, or any pattern of play that demonstrates bonus hunting rather than genuine recreational gaming. bape77 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

7.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully completed. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited. Only your original deposited funds (minus any losses) will be withdrawable.

8. Gaming Rules and Conduct

11. Account Termination and Suspension

11.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. After 18 months of inactivity, bape77 may charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 to cover administrative costs. If the account balance falls below the dormancy fee, the account may be closed and remaining funds forfeited. To reactivate a dormant account, log in or contact support.

12. Dispute Resolution
